"Under where?"
"Gross! You were eating underwear? Ha ha! Underwear!"
"Papa! I didn't say a compound word. I said two words. Under. Where."

Yes, she does call him that, but the post wasn't about what she calls him, it was about her reponse to his joke.
Actually I have heard other children call their fathers papa. Dad may be the common term these days, but it isn't the only one.
