I've heard a lot of ways different members of the Church try to teach their children to keep the Sabbath holy. Ranging from not watching TV to not reading newspapers to not swimming in the pool and so forth.
I am interested in what 'rules' others have set for their family to help them remember the purpose of the Sabbath.

I don't know about "rules", but I turned down a chance to see Big Bad Voodoo Daddy for free today!

We spend time with our kids and grandkids which usually revolves around family dinner. We will go for long quiet walks. But mostly we just stay home and visit with family.
